FAQs
What people usually ask about our services
Blank
What do you need from me to get started?
We need your logo in as high resolution as possible, your clinic website so we can pull address location info from, or just that info if no website, and if you have a specific desired color scheme that is outside of your logo colors.
What is the length of time from the beginning of design to when it can be mailed out?
The timing depends on how fast we move through the proofing process. The design turnaround time typically takes 2-3 days from when we have your article choices to when we can get a proof to you. From there, it all depends on how fast we get the requested changes back and then can get that revised proof approved.
What kind of content goes in the newsletter?
The newsletter is completely customizable by you, the client. You are welcome to choose articles to use out of our provided library list of relevant content, or you can provide the content yourself. You can also do a mixture of the two. We have some clients who like to do a recipe in each newsletter they mail. It’s completely up to you!
How long does it take the newsletters to reach homes after being mailed?
That depends on the postage option chosen. First class postage has the newsletters in homes within 3 days from being dropped in the mail. Presort standard postage which is our other bulk, less expensive option typically takes 7-10 days.
What kind of paper are the newsletters printed on?
They are printed on a 100# silk text which is a thicker weighted text stock with a glossy sheen to it.
How many newsletters do most people do per year?
We have many options from doing one newsletter per year, or basically whenever you choose, to doing 4 or even more per year. It’s really up to you. We do offer subscription based prices if you choose to do more than one per year that offer discounted rates when signing up.
What are my mailing list options?
You can either submit your patient database (of which we can assist in pulling if needed) in either Excel or .CSV format or you can purchase a list for your newsletter mailing. It is also possible to do a mixture of both.
